Elegantppearth provides smooth end-of-day programs designed to help individuals transition from daily activity to evening rest. Our services include guided evening sessions, structured wind-down programs, and related wellness resources offered at our Upper Ferntree Gully studio and through elegantppearth.ddd.

Our current program packages include:

• Twilight Starter Session: a single 45-minute introductory evening session priced at AUD $79
• Dusk Harmony Program: a four-week program with weekly 60-minute sessions priced at AUD $189
• Complete Evening Reset: an eight-week comprehensive program priced at AUD $349

3. Eligibility

Our end-of-day programs are available to individuals aged eighteen years or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use.

You are responsible for ensuring that participation in our evening wellness sessions is appropriate for your personal circumstances. You should consult a qualified health professional if you have concerns about physical activity or relaxation practices.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings for Elegantppearth end-of-day programs may be made through our website contact form, by phone at +61466082013, or in person at our studio. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

Payment for program packages must be made in Australian dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as specified at the time of booking. Full payment or applicable deposit is required to secure your place in a program.

Prices displayed on elegantppearth.world include applicable goods and services tax where required under Australian law. Additional fees may apply for rescheduling or late cancellation as outlined in our Return Policy.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for our end-of-day programs are detailed in our Return Policy. By purchasing a program package, you agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions set out therein.

6. Participant Conduct

When attending sessions at Elegantppearth, you agree to:

• Arrive on time and notify us if you will be late or unable to attend

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who violate these conduct standards without refund where the violation is attributable to the participant.
